That’s 23 new members so far in 2025.  

HAMVENTION YOUTH FORUM… 5 YACHT members will be giving presentations this year.  They are Katie KE8LQR, Lilly W8LIL, Maggie KE2AIZ, Josiah WD5JR, Dominic AD8AK.  There will be 8 young hams total.  Youth Forum starts 9:15am on Sat. May 17 
We are pleased to see another large YACHT youth team give presentations.  They always have a large audience at the forum.

NET REVIEW… Apr. 12, Low connection rate, only 5 on board and 3 were youth hams. Thanks to KJ7AGQ, KF8AMV and KD9HGO as well as K4KDP and VU2MDA for showing up.   Let’s bring the numbers back up this  week.

HAMVENTION YOUTH FORUM… These young hams will be giving presentations at  the Youth Forum.  KE8LQR, W8LIL, KE2AIZ, N4ML, AD8AK, KJ5CMP, WD5JR, KG5XR.  The 1st three listed and AD8AK are YACHT youth members.  I know they will all do a great job showing their radio skills and knowledge. 

YACHT YOUTH IN N.C.J…. National Contest Journal, published by the ARRL has a multi-page story on Katie KE8LQR in the current issue.  If you are an ARRL member you will be able to read it.
