NEW YOUTH HAM… Congratulations to Clark who just passed both Technician and General exams. His dad is KC2GTR and sister is W8LIL. He will become our newest youth ham.

Tuesday: Heard from KJ7AGQ i/o, KF8EJS, W8LIL, and the following, K3TEL, KC3CDU, KC2GTR, VU3MDA, K8APR and following youth non-hams from his family: Tyler age 8, Caleb age 10,Owen age 6. All are hoping to get licensed this year.

ON THE HORIZON… Kids Day is set for June 21. Help expand amateur radio to our youth and give them a taste of one of the world’s most enjoyable hobbies/services. 20 meters and 40 will be the main bands. I’ll monitor our echolink node from time to time as well.
